    Please inform us if you wish to arrive a day or two earlier. We can book hotels as required. 
    If you arrive between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., you’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel for a relaxing lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a scenic boat excursion across Tonlé Sap Lake, one of Southeast Asia’s most fascinating waterways. Here, you’ll discover unique floating villages and gain insight into the traditional lifestyles of local communities who live in harmony with the lake.

    Day 6:    Phnom Penh:    (B/L/D)
    This morning, begin your day in the heart of Phnom Penh with a guided visit to the magnificent Royal Palace, the official residence of the King of Cambodia and one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Within the palace complex, explore the dazzling Silver Pagoda, famed for its floor inlaid with more than 5,000 solid silver tiles and home to priceless national treasures. Continue our cultural journey with a visit to the National Museum of Cambodia, where an exceptional collection of Khmer art and artefacts offers deep insight into Cambodia’s rich history and heritage. Lunch will be served in the city, giving you time to relax and enjoy local cuisine.
    In the afternoon, visit the historic Tuol Svay Prey High School, a former detention and interrogation centre used during the Khmer Rouge era, now preserved as a powerful memorial to Cambodia’s past. Afterwards, enjoy free time to explore a local market, where you can browse handicrafts, textiles, and souvenirs.
    Later, return to the ship and begin your scenic voyage towards Chau Doc, a fascinating border town with a unique cultural blend shaped by centuries of history. Once part of Cambodia, this region became Vietnamese territory over 300 years ago, adding to its rich and diverse identity.

    After breakfast on board, we’ll disembark and set out to explore Chợ Lớn, the city’s vibrant Chinatown district. Rich in culture and history, Cholon showcases a fascinating blend of Vietnamese and Chinese influences, with bustling markets, traditional shops, and ornate temples that reflect its unique heritage.
    Enjoy a leisurely lunch as part of your final moments in Vietnam, taking time to reflect on your Mekong River journey and the unforgettable experiences along the way.
    Your tour concludes with a farewell at approximately 2:00 p.m. Please ensure that your onward flight is scheduled no earlier than 5:00 p.m. to allow sufficient time for transfers and check-in.

    CAMBODIA  E- ARRIVAL  CARD  INFORMATION:
    Since September 1, 2024, all passengers arriving in Cambodia by air must have an electronic arrival card. 
    This new online requirement replaces the paper forms for immigration, health, and customs. 
    It is necessary to submit an online application for the electronic arrival card within 7 days prior to arriving in the country. The application, which is free of charge, must be completed on the website www.arrival.gov.kh or through the official mobile app available on the App Store and Google Play Store. 
    After completing this process, a QR code will be generated. This code must be presented, either printed or electronically stored, to immigration officers upon arrival in Cambodia.
